若想自行上传文件到iPhone或iPad中，要确保两点：

If you want to upload files to your iPhone or iPad on your own, make sure two things:

1.确定您上传的文件是RTF格式，目前提词器仅支持导入RTF格式
Make sure the file you upload is in RTF format, Teleprompter App only supports RTF file for now.

2.必须保持iPhone或iPad正在显示App页面，不要切换到后台
You must keep your iPhone or iPad showing on the screen, and do not switch to the background.

确保上述两点后，按照下列三个步骤即可上传文件，提词器App检测到用户上传文件后，会自动刷新列表。

After ensuring the above two points, follow the following three steps to upload files. After the Teleprompter App detects that the user uploads the files, it will automatically refresh the list.

第一步，打开服务器开关

Step 1, turn on the server switch

第二步，在网页浏览器中输入App中提示的网址

Step 2, enter the server address to visit the file upload web.

第三步，将文件拖拽到网页中，或者使用上传按钮上传文件

Step 3, drag and drop the file into the web page, or use the upload button to upload the file
